To apply for citizenship in Slobovia, you will first need a posting account on the Slobovish forums (the Beginners' Guide explains why you need this and how to acquire it). Once you have your posting account, you can apply for citizenship in Slobovia by navigating to the citizenship application form and filling out the questionnaire presented there. Once your application is received, you will be notified by an official of the State Bureau of Citizenship and Naturalization regarding further steps in the process.
The citizenship application is subject to the Slobovish Nationality and Citizenship Act, 2003. In accordance with a presidential ordinance delegating this authority to the State Bureau of Citizenship and Naturalization, applicants are reviewed on an individual basis by the State Bureau of Citizenship and Naturalization.
Please keep in mind that some of the information requested by the form is requested for statistical purposes only, and that such data will not impact whether or not you will be accepted and will not be shared with anyone unless aggregated with information provided by all other citizens, or by a subset of other citizens (and in all such cases, it will not be shared in a way that can be used to identify you). Furthermore, keep in mind that the oath provided in the form is an in-sim element and is merely an affirmation that you will be loyal to Slobovia within a micronational context - it has no macronational implications.
